our story
During the summer of 2020, Aryanna Lee went on a vacation to meet her relatives for the first time in several years. Out of all of her experiences during that trip, the memory that stuck the most was when she visited her grandma in a nursing home for Alzheimer's patients. The last time she visited, her grandma had been able to walk around and sightsee with her family. But with the lack of interaction and stimulation during the pandemic, her grandma had become bedridden and unable to speak or move. This experience inspired her to found Mementos of Memory, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for memory disorder patients and spearheading innovative initiatives to promote well-being among them.
